Ride routes and check-in times may change without notice. Road Captains for each segment of the memorial ride will hold a pre-ride briefing and will advise of any route changes.
Rider Check-in Locations
Kingman rider check in locations for will be at the Arizona Department of Public Safety Office, 2319 E. Andy Devine and at the Kingman Firefighters Park, 2201 Detroit Avenue at the Fairgrounds.
Prescott rider check-in will be at the Prescott Resort, 1500 E. Highway 89A from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM on September 18th and from 6:00 AM until 7:45 AM on September 19th.
White Mountain rider check-in will be at Been and Bloom Restaurant, 2911 W. White Mountain Boulevard, Pinetop-Lakeside from 3:00 PM until 5:00 PM on September 17th and at 8:00 AM on the 18th.
On September 18th, riders will meet at the Kingman Firefighters Park, 2201 Detroit Avenue at 8:30 AM for a safety and ride briefing. Riders will travel west on Interstate 40 to State Route 93. South on SR 93 to Wikieup. Riders will have a relief break and refueling stop at the Wikieup Chevron, 18035, Highway 93. Riders will then travel to Cottonwood via back roads through Skull Valley and Jerome. In Cottonwood, riders will have a relief break and refueling stop at the Cottonwood Maverick Gas Station, 690 AZ-89A. After leaving Cottonwood, riders will ride through Sedona and Oak Creek Canyon to Flagstaff.
Designated meeting locations for separated Kingman riders: Wikieup Chevron, Cottonwood Maverick Gas Station.
On September 17th, riders will meet at the lower level parking lot of the Prescott Resort at 7:45 for a safety and ride briefing. Riders will depart the Resort and travel to the Arizona Department of Public Safety Office, 1111 Commerce Drive. Riders of other groups from the Prescott are will be asked to meet there. From the DPS Office, riders will ride via Pioneer Parkway (State Route 89A) through Jerome to Cottonwood. Riders will have a relief refueling break at the Maverick Gas Station, 690 AZ-89A. After departing Cottonwood, riders will continue to Sedona for a memorial ceremony at Sedona Fire District #6 Station, 2675 State Route 179. After departing Fire Station #6, riders will travel north through Sedona, Oak Creek Canyon to Flagstaff.
Designated meeting locations for separated Prescott riders: Cottonwood Maverick Gas Station, Sedona Fire District Station #6, Oak Creek Canyon Overlook (MP 390).
On September 18th, riders will meet for check-in and a safety and ride briefing at 2911 W White Mountain Blvd, Pinetop-Lakeside on September 18 from 4 until 8 PM and on September 19 at 8:00 AM. Riders will travel east on State Route 260 to US Highway 60 and to Springerville. Riders will have a relief break at McDonald’s, 180 E. Main Street. After departing McDonald’s, riders will travel west on US 60 to State Route 61. The riders will then travel northeast to Concho where a memorial ceremony will be held. At the conclusion of the ceremony, riders will travel north on state Route 180A, US 180 and State Route 77 (Apache Avenue) to Holbrook. Riders will have a relief and refueling break at the Maverick Gas Station, 1301 Navajo Boulevard. In Holbrook, riders will meet with riders from other groups and depart for Flagstaff.

Flagstaff Meeting Location
Riders from each group will meet at the Oregano’s Restaurant, 1061 South Plaza Way in Flagstaff. Riders will have a relief and refueling break before heading to the barbecue location.
