Southern Arizona Ride Routes

Ride routes and check-in times may change without notice. Road Captains for each segment of the memorial ride will hold a pre-ride briefing and will advise of any changes.

Rider Check-in

Tucson Metro and the Nogales/Texas Canyon riders check-in will be at Harley-Davidson of Tucson, 7355 N. I-10, E. I-10 Frontage Road, on October 16th from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM and at Desert Diamond Casino & Hotel, 7350 S. Nogales Highway on October 17th from 7:00 AM until 9:45 AM.

A check-in location and time for Yuma has yet to be determined.

Tucson Metro

Riders will meet at Desert Diamond Hotel and Casino, 7350 S. Nogales Highway at 9:45 AM for a safety and ride briefing. From Desert Diamond Riders will travel north on Nogales Highway to Valencia Road, east on Valencia to Plumber Avenue and the Tucson International Airport Executive Tower area for a memorial ceremony. After the ceremony is completed, the riders will travel to the Arizona Department of Public Safety Office, 6401 S. Tucson Boulevard for a memorial ceremony. The riders will depart and travel to the Marana exit (MP 236) on I-10 for three memorial ceremonies. At the conclusion riders will have a relief and refueling break.

Nogales/Texas Canyon

Riders will meet at Desert Diamond Hotel and Casino, 7350 S. Nogales Highway at 7:30 AM for a safety and ride briefing. Riders will travel south on Nogales Highway to Interstate 19. They will continue south on I-19 to Nogales for a memorial ceremony. At the conclusion of the memorial ceremony, Rider will have a relief break before departing Nogales. Riders will travel east through Patagonia, Sanoita. At the intersection of State Routes 82 and 90 (Mustang Corners) riders will have a relief and refueling break). Riders will continue north on SR 90 to Benson. From Benson riders will continue east on Interstate 10 to the westbound rest area at Texas Canyon for a memorial ceremony. At the conclusion of the ceremony, riders will travel west on I-10 to Tucson.

Designated meeting locations for Nogales/Texas Canyon route: Conoa Ranch Rest Area, Americana Hotel, 639 N Grand Avenue, Nogales, Chevron Gas Station SR82/SR90, Texas Canyon westbound rest area.

Yuma

The Yuma Riders will meet at the Arizona Department of Public Safety Office, 2111 East Gila Ridge Rd. Riders will travel east on Interstate 8 to Gila Bend, south on State Route 95 to Why. Riders will then travel east on State Route 86 through Sells, Robles Junction to Tucson.
