The goal of the Arizona Fallen Hero Memorial Riders is to provide our supporters with the most up-to-date information related to our events while supporting our First Responders. As we have grown, we have faced many issues with our email operating system.
For us to correct the many issues we faced with receiving online registrations, ensuring every registered rider and volunteer has received the most updated ride information, we were required to employ the assistance of a third-party provider to assist with these issues. One of the benefits with the new system, we are now able to ensure everyone will receive updated information regarding our Memorial Motorcycle Runs through a newsletter.
Our goal with this new system is to email our supporters, riders, and volunteers with what our provider labels as an “Email Campaign.” As we draw closer to an event, the registered riders and volunteers will receive pertinent information through this system.
However, this third-party provider demands and requires everyone receiving an email from us to “opt in” to our newsletter. Additionally, going forward, in order for our participants to receive updated information on our events, a check box will be inserted on the registration forms requiring an “opt in” to our newsletter.
Once you opt in to our newsletter, please remember to add firstname.lastname@example.org to your contact list. If you do not receive a newsletter from us, PLEASE check you “Promotions” folder for our newsletters.
PLEASE NOTE: This form can only be submitted through either Google Chrome or Firefox Internet explorers. If any other Internet explorer is utilized, the form will not be forwarded to the AZFHMR and you will be asked to resubmit this form.
