TELEMYND
Virtual Mental Health Care
Human Connection. Real Care.
Mental Health Support Is Just a Connection Away
Life’s challenges can sometimes become overwhelming. Whether someone is experiencing anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress, grief, or other emotional difficulties, finding the right support can make a meaningful difference.
At Arizona Fallen Hero Memorial Riders (AZFHMR), we recognize that supporting individuals and families goes beyond providing financial assistance during times of crisis. It also means connecting people with organizations and professionals who can provide the specialized care they may need.
As part of our commitment to supporting the well-being of veterans, first responders, active-duty military personnel, and their families, we are pleased to share Telemynd as an additional mental-health resource.
You do not have to face life’s challenges alone, and you do not have to be a veteran, first responder, or military member to seek services through Telemynd.

Their services are designed to make professional mental-health care more accessible by reducing barriers such as travel, scheduling difficulties, and limited access to local providers.

Specialized Mental Health Resources
Telemynd has developed informational resources addressing the unique needs of different populations.
We encourage visitors to explore the following materials to learn more about the services available.
Veterans – Mental Health Care
Military service can leave lasting emotional and psychological challenges. Transitioning to civilian life, coping with traumatic experiences, and adjusting to changes in daily routines can affect a veteran’s mental well-being.
Telemynd provides virtual mental-health services for veterans, including access to licensed therapists and psychiatric professionals.
Veterans seeking services through VA Community Care may need authorization through their local VA healthcare provider.

First Responders and Their Families
Law enforcement officers, firefighters, emergency medical personnel, and other first responders routinely encounter situations that can affect their emotional and psychological well-being.
The cumulative effects of critical incidents, traumatic experiences, and occupational stress may continue long after a shift has ended or a career has concluded.
Telemynd offers virtual mental-health services for first responders and their families, with access to providers experienced in addressing the challenges associated with emergency services.
Active-Duty Military Personnel and Their Families
Military life presents unique challenges, including deployments, extended family separations, relocations, and transitions between military and civilian life.
Telemynd provides virtual mental-health services designed to support service members and their families through these experiences.
Services may include individual therapy, psychiatric care, and other behavioral-health resources.
