Each year, Arizona Fallen Hero Memorial Riders hosts the Heroes Market & Vendor Fair in Tucson—a community gathering that brings together local businesses, artisans, nonprofits, riders, and families in support of a meaningful mission.
This event honors the memory of Arizona’s fallen first responders and military service members while raising support for the programs that assist the families and communities they leave behind.
The Heroes Market is more than a vendor fair.
It is a day where community, remembrance, and service come together.

Vendor Spaces
Vendor spaces are available in the following sizes:
• 10 × 10 booth space – $25
• 10 × 20 booth space – $50
All vendor fees support Arizona Fallen Hero Memorial Riders programs.
Vendors are also asked to donate a raffle item valued at $25 or more, which will be used to support fundraising efforts during the event.

What Vendors Should Bring
Vendors are responsible for bringing their own equipment, including:
• tables and chairs
• canopy or tent
• signage for their booth
• canopy weights (minimum 40 lbs per leg)
Raffle items will be collected during vendor check-in.

We encourage participation from:
• local businesses and artisans
• veteran-owned businesses
• first responder–related products or services
• nonprofit organizations and community outreach groups
• mission-driven vendors supporting our community
Food and beverage vendors are by invitation only.

Vendor Registration
Vendor spaces are limited and available on a first-come basis.
Registration Deadline:
March 21, 2026 – 5:00 PM
All vendor fees and raffle donations must be received by this date.
