RIDE ROUTES AND MEETING TIMES MAY CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE
Rider Check-in
Rider check-in will be from 5:00pm until 7:30pm on Friday November 10th at the Prescott Resort, 1500 E. Highway 69 in Prescott. We have a large number of riders registered for this ride and if at all possible, please check-in Friday evening. On Saturday, November 11th, rider check-in will start at the Prescott Resort from 8:00am until 8:45am. At 8:45am there will be a rider safety meeting and kickstands up by 9am.
Turn by Turn Route Map
At 9am, we will depart from the Prescott Resort turning right on Highway 69 and travel west on Gurley Street to Cortez Street. We will turn left on Cortez Street for a stop at the Yavapai County Court House, 120 S. Cortez Street. We will have a brief stop at the Yavapai County Memorial Monument. After leaving the Court house, we will continue south on Cortez to Goodwin Street. We will turn right on Goodwin Street and continue to Montezuma Street. We will turn right on Montezuma and travel north on to Whipple Street/Iron Springs Road (County Road 10). We will continue on Iron Springs through Skull Valley to Kirkland Valley Road. We will turn left on Kirkland Road onto Highway 89 and will continue to Yarnell.
After arriving in Yarnell, we will stop at the Granite Mountain Hotshots Memorial Park in Yarnell for a memorial ceremony. At the conclusion of the memorial ceremony, we will continue on Highway 89 to Highway 93. We will have a 20 to 30-minute relief/refueling stop at the Mobil Station located at the intersection of Highway 93 and Vulture Mine Road (north of Wickenburg).
At the conclusion of the relief stop we will travel south on Highway 93 through Wickenburg to Highway 74/Carefree Highway. We will make a left turn on Highway 74 and travel east to the Old New River Road. We will travel northeast on Old New River Road to I-17. At this intersection, we will enter I-17 and travel south to Anthem and exit I-17 at Anthem Way. We will turn right at Anthem Way and travel west to 41st Drive. We will turn left on 41st and enter the parking lot of Ray’s Pizza and continue to the rear (east) parking lot.
At the conclusion of the memorial ceremony, we will travel to Mesa Community College. Depending on road construction and road closure we may take one of three routes to Mesa. We will advise you of the route we will take to Mesa prior to leaving our last stop of the ride.
Once all riders have arrived at the Mesa Community College, we will travel north on Dobson to Broadway, east on Broadway to south Country Club Drive. We will travel south on Country Club to west Emerald Avenue. We will make a right on Emerald and enter the south parking lot of Desert Wind Harley-Davidson for the final memorial ceremony, recognizing of our veterans, barbecue festivities, and final raffle drawing.
If you purchased merchandise or raffle tickets online and have not received those items prior to November 11th, your merchandise will be at the barbecue and please fill out the raffle tickets with your name and phone number prior to the final drawing.
